Rates

Commission rates:

II – TERRAINS : 11 % TTC

III – “PRESTIGE & CHÂTEAUX” :
Jusqu’à 450 000 €                          6% TTC
De 450 001 € à 1 800 000 €        5% TTC
Plus de 1 800 000 €                       5% TTC

IV – VIAGERS :                               15 % TTC

V – FONDS DE COMMERCE (et cession de titres) : 10 % HT du prix de cession

Search Mandat:
The rates remain the same and are at the charge of the buyer.
No fees can be inferior  à 5.000€ TTC
(et 5.000€ HT pour les fonds de commerce et cession de titres)

The rates here given must be respected and applied in the majority of the transactions. Exceptions can be made only under particular circumstances.
